TrakHER Vol. 1 Digital Safety

Digital life is part of everyday life. Messages, photos, searches, profiles and online conversations can create patterns that reveal more than they first appear.

TrakHER Volume 1 explores how digital footprints form, how familiarity and trust can build online, and how access, pressure and behaviour can change over time. Rather than focusing on technology or settings, it looks at the human side of digital contact and how online interactions can affect privacy, relationships and personal safety.

Written with women and girls in mind, this publication explores how everyday digital contact can affect safety, while recognising that digital risk, grooming, exploitation and abuse can affect people of any sex or age.
