Front cover of the publication "TALLY HO" focused on men's health. A monochromatic see and rock stairway, splash from waves.

TALLY HO is a short publication on men’s health and everyday living. It looks at ordinary changes, prostate and testicular health, PSA testing, workload, movement, information load, family history, hormones and support.

Some changes are part of life. Others are signals that something needs a closer look. The challenge is often telling one from the other.

Written in plain English and designed to be read in sections, the publication gives practical context on everyday health signals, body changes, and the kinds of conversations or checks that can be easy to put off when life is busy.

When self-doubt becomes a label
